About us
Krisu Global Goods
We are a company that cares, helps, and moves people forward. We recognize that there are many poor people in a world where there should be enough for everyone. In fact over 727 million people— or 9.2% of the world’s population —lives on less than $2.15 a day. 78% of them are farmers. That’s over 500 million farmers!
Our company was conceived to help these farmers gain better and fair trade, be able to elevate their income, and consequently their lifestyle. Our vision involves investing in the local countries that these farmers operate in, for them to be able to afford the processing of their products and be able to earn more from their produce. Helping them continue their craft and assist them in gaining new technology in their farming methods.
Like anything else, we take baby steps towards this vision. Our first step is to set-up a digital storefront for these products, learn from our experience and then fast-replicate across the globe.
This is a passion project for our team. There is a sense of urgency as the suffering of the extreme poor has been amplified by the pandemic and we can no longer wait until we retire to do this. We have taken the leap of faith to start now and have an impact in the world. Bringing healthy food to your table while helping the world!
